How can I sign up for the Meta Intern Store?
Within a 4-week window of your start date, you will be sent instructions to the email address you applied to your internship with.
I have not yet received an email with login information to sign up for the Meta Intern Store.
You will be emailed a link with login information within a 4-week window of your start date. If by your fifth week you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
I’m a return intern and previously registered for the Meta Intern Store, or I signed up for swag when I received my original offer.
If you are a return intern or previously filled out a form for swag—you still MUST complete this process in order to receive your package.
I need to update my shipping address.
When you create your account, you are instructed to enter your most up to date shipping information—ie, the address where you are currently living during your internship.
My start date has passed, and I have not received an email with login info. I checked the email I originally signed up with, and the spam folder, and I never received it.
Choose “forgot password” option on the site and enter the email address you used to apply to your internship. A reset link will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam folder; it may take up to 10 minutes to receive. If you still do not receive an email, reach out to hello@metainternstore.com and include your start date in the subject line.
I’ve placed an order online and received an email order confirmation; now what?
You will receive another email within 10 business days with order tracking. You can also view the status of your order on the Account tab under Orders.
